In response, Iranian officials have issued a stern warning, stating that any military aggression — particularly targeting its nuclear facilities — would be met with “everlasting consequences.”

This development comes after Trump, during a political rally, declared that if the situation escalates under his leadership, Iran’s nuclear sites could be “completely obliterated.” His comments sparked a sharp response from Iran’s foreign ministry, which labeled the threat as “reckless and provocative.”

“Iran will not tolerate any act of war against its sovereignty. If our peaceful nuclear infrastructure is attacked, the response will be historic and unforgettable,” said Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Nasser Kanaani.
